Fellowship Committee Update
The Fellowship Committee is changing! With a shift in focus to strategic community building, we are renaming this committee the “Community Committee.” But we need your help. If you have gifts of gathering or connecting people, strategic thinking, or organization and planning, consider joining this committee in their efforts to build community within our church and our neighbors. CAC Training Opportunity
As part of our church’s Outreach efforts, we are partnering with FUMC Siloam to sponsor training for parents, community members, churches, and other youth-serving-organizations to provide child abuse prevention and awareness training at no cost to participants. Outreach Opportunity – Bright Futures
The Outreach Committee wants to let you know about an opportunity to volunteer with one of our partner ministries, Bright Futures. Each year, Bright Futures coordinates a drive for backpacks and school supplies that will be distributed to K12 students in our public schools here in Siloam Springs. As we approach the back-to-school season, they are in need of volunteers to prepare these backpacks. Follow the link below for volunteer times/dates and to sign up.
