Ability Tree was established in 2010 with a singular mission: to come alongside families impacted by disability through R.E.S.T. – Recreation, Education, Support, and Training.

Ability Tree began a partnership with JBU a few years ago, Connections University (CU). The purpose of Connections University is to connect adults (18+) with disabilities to God, to their community, and to each other. As the CU program has grown, so have the opportunities that Ability Tree provides. They started Connections University with a focus on young adults seeking a college experience. However, they have since expanded to serve adults of all ages through both campus AND community-based experiences.

To reflect this growth, Ability Tree is excited to share the new name – Connections Unlimited! CU – where opportunities, connections, and purpose have no limits!
